Before You Fly

  • Answer any questions the immigration officer may have regarding your purpose of visit and intended length of stay.
  • Ensure the immigration officer stamps your passport with the correct entry date and authorized stay duration (typically up to 90 days).

During Your Stay

  • Adhere to Brazilian laws and regulations.
  • Do not overstay your authorized stay duration. Extensions are possible but require application to the Federal Police of Brazil (Polรญcia Federal) at www.gov.br/pt-br/servicos/prorrogar-prazo-de-estada-no-brasil
