Before You Fly

  • Confirm your airline does not require a visa in advance. Some airlines may require passengers to hold a visa prior to boarding, even if a Visa on Arrival is available.

  • Ensure your Australian passport has at least 6 months validity from your intended date of entry into Indonesia.

  • Ensure the immigration officer stamps your passport with the Visa on Arrival and the correct entry date and allowed stay duration.

  • The Visa on Arrival allows a stay of up to 30 days.
  • You can extend the Visa on Arrival once for an additional 30 days by visiting an immigration office in Indonesia.optional
